Our studio aims to not only provide you with undeniably gorgeous masterpieces; we also aim to make the entire portrait experience enjoyable, pleasant and above all - memorable. To help alleviate many of what can stress couples or families out when preparing for a portrait sitting, we've compiled our expertise into our Session Styles.
Each of our Session Styles is dedicated to providing you with everything you'll need in order to craft well-groomed, gorgeous attire for everyone without having to spend all your time thinking, wondering or second-guessing what is or isn't appropriate.

In-Studio Contemporary sessions are conducted with a crisp, classic white backdrop and 'classy-casual' attire has held the most success for a final product worthy of becoming your new masterpiece. OVERALL...
Aim for your outfits to be well-fitting, colorful, monochrome or shades of similar colors (but no patterns, please) and with long sleeves. A helpful tip is to lay out the outfits next to one another and confirm that they are all cohesive; the entire wardrobe should be coordinated but not identical.
Crisp, button-down shirts are most flattering Slacks or dress pants - sure Well-groomed jeans - absolutely Well-shaved or maintained facial hair
Covered shoulders and sleeves are recommended For best visual results, dresses should have a min. 1/4" sleeve Clean, colorful shirts or blouses Well-groomed hairstyles
YOUR AIM SHOULD BE FOR CASUAL ATTIRE THAT'S FUN, BUT IMPRESSIONABLE. THINK CLASSY ENOUGH FOR A DINNER NIGHT OUT WITH YOUR BOSS, BUT STILL COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO ENJOY YOURSELF.
UNACCEPTABLE ATTIRE INCLUDES:
Ripped or torn jeans Visible logos Tennis shoes Uncovered off-the-shoulder, sleeveless or strapless dresses or shirts for anyone except girls under 10. Ungroomed facial hair PLAIDS or overly-busy patterns Brand, new haircuts*
For haircuts, we recommend if you'd like a new haircut to please schedule it a minimum of 3-5 days in advance of your portrait session.
