PLEASE READ Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

This is a subject that we had hoped to avoid. The dreaded CANCELLATION (or rescheduling).


We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and FAIR TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS and out of consideration for our photographer’s time, we have adopted the following policies:

• You may reschedule your session with 5 or more business (M-F) notice WITH NO PENALTY by calling us at 774-245-0022.

• If you cancel or reschedule your session with less that 5 days notice, you will be charged 100% of the agreed upon session fee.

• If you “no-show” for a session, you will be charged 100% of the agreed upon session fee.

• Same day appointments must be paid in full to book the session. Sure, there are exceptions to this policy. In case of death, acts of God, and/or unforeseeable forces of nature we will evaluate each on a case by case basis.

If you are considering canceling/rescheduling due to bad hair, skin, rashes, animal scratches, abrasions, cold sores, shopping for clothing that you like, traffic, cuts, scrapes, etc.; you will be charged 100% of the agreed upon session fee.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you and unlike the airline we do NOT double-book sessions.


If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your photographer will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

Out of respect and consideration to your photographer and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
